Where and how to get the books for upgrade skills
Like the name suggested, how and where do you find the T1 and T2s books to upgrade the skills?
Some said to find in shops and research shops but I can't find it
Thanks

Just that and no other way?
after you cleared a certain amount of extreme battles you can buy them in the research shop, they slowly get added and all T1-T3 are buy-able as soon as you have cleared all extreme battles

pledges is by far more painful than level 100, but yes you can pledge them all.

the issue is you need to

- have them cognetive awakened (increasing level-cap from 100 to 200, what requires the level 100)
-10 battles as secretary
and
- 10 battles in either your main or support fleet

and nasty enough they didn't give you any proper hint of what to do, so most people assumed affection works somehow like in the mobile game

I never played the mobile game so I'm not sure about a lot of things.
The cognetive part how do you farm it? Do they just sometimes appear in the Research shop for specific ship?

they drop (most of the time) in missions where the ship is in your opponents fleet, there are some rare cases that make an exception (chapter 5 has 2-3 fights where this is the case)

and well, Neptunes parts drop somewhere entirely different, in one of the last extreme battles

you need 10 parts for main (and 5 for support) ships to make the chip to increase the cap.

cognitive awakening has another requirement through, you need to have cleared all fights (except in the 'last chapter' aka post-game) on S-rank to be able to do so

The last one seems hard lol
Last question, the extreme battles is all the way to level 100 or more?

level 200 are the highest, some of the endgame gear (that is stat-wise identical to the payed-DLC gear, more or less) drops in those high-level missions.
But I personally consider those fights easier than some of the story fights on 'hard difficulty', and that was more bc they didnt allowed me to use some of the ships I normally use
