You have to add the DLC to the game from the store first

Make sure you grabbed it from the store page. When in the game, it's added to the upgrades page. All you have to do is build it from there. I think it's $1k.

Thanx mate. I didn't know I need to add it from the store page, I thought it downloaded autmatically with the update.

Hey guys! As @Flux_Casey said - it's in the upgrades tab. However - you need to finish a certain questline to unlock it. The upgrades will show up once you wash your first car in the carwash :)
