Bathroom door locked

I bought the bathroom and one of his upgrade but the door is still looked with the stairs in front of it. How can i let customers use it? The door is never opend and i can't clean inside as well

DId you find the key hanging (since upgrading the gas station) on the board? It should be somewhere in the gas station after upgrading it (the upgrade before you can buy the bathroom).

What do you mean? Stairs in front of? Maybe you talk about warehouse? It can be unlocked in PC and keys are in station. But if case is about toilets, you can't open the doors of cabin.
