Ruby Excavator
The Ruby excavator has a bug and I can't unload the sand. Solution?

You have to drive up and over the heap of sand you want the excavator bucket to scoop up, then you wil get the animation message saying you can load. RB.

You can't just load or unload anywhere. When you get to Sand pit drive into the warning signs until the excavator stops and see the animation again for you to press the unload button. On Xbox it's RB.

Have similar issue. Went to the sand pile while a car was stuck on it. Loaded it, glitched jumped up and after landing got stuck and was not able to move or do anything when in the excavator. After saving the game and loading back, sand is scooped but it not unloading in the sand disposal. Resetting or anything else doesn't help.Any ideas what to do?

Have the same problem, but when I get in the excavator, it keeps the 'Press Y to interact' prompt over the cab until I move. I had to shut down the station because there's a pile right in front of the garage.

Guys. I'm having no issue at all. If your using Xbox controller. Use L2 (Left analog) for forward and backwards drive and steering. Use A button for brake. Press and hold RT to scoop the sand piles. Press and hold RT again to unload the sand only at the sand pit. You can only unload at the Sand Pit. When you brake in front of a sand pile, the game displays a message on the right side of the excavator. It will say (Hold RT TO PICK UP)

Make sure the bucket has been raised all the way or it won't unload. It's very fiddly. I can't fill it unless I stop completely using the space bar and it sometimes won't raise all the way so I can't empty it unless I adjust it.

The thing we're talking about, it's not that we don't know how the bulldozer works, it's that Ruby has a bug. The shovel fills with sand and doesn't allow to load it again or unload it in the sand pit. The only option available is to interact to go up or down from it. It worked for me for a while and now it's broken :(
