excavator does not pick up sand

when im staying close to a sand pile. i don't have lmb sign. i turned off sand storms because i cant even clean the road.

I have the same problem.

Found a temporary fix, everytime you join the game, you have to go deposit the sand EVEN IF THERE IS NOTHING IN IT, you will be able to pick-up the sand after that.

it's the same with me. I now have to push the cars through the sand with the broom.

Hi, this should have been fixed in the last hotfix. There was an issue with Rudy where when it was full and you loaded the game it wouldn't show as full and looked empty instead, so you had to go 'drop' off the sand first before you could pick up more.

my problem is more easy I just can't find the excavator anywhere, there are some button for find it?

Yes, it's close to your storage. There will be place for excavator and "restart" button.

But now there is an issue, where I just can't drop it OFF. Rudy is full and neither can pickup more nor drop off any sand.

Neither reset rudy nor the general reset button with the aliens are helping. And this really sucks, because there are so many sand heaps, that the whole station is a traffic jam by now.
Known issue or is this a new bug again?

I just started Gas station simulator again for another run, looking forward to see all the new things ingame. Just one thing, I cannot pick up sand with the left mousebutton. The excavator just rides of the sand pile. I tried the trick mentioned above, to empy it even if there is nothing in it, but that didn't help either. Am I doing something wrong or is there another trick for it?

How fare you standing away from the sand pile with the Excavator?

If people are still having this issue I found that going into and changing the vehicle primary action to left mouse button and secondary action to right mouse button it fixed the issue of not picking up any sand
