How do you close the workshop ?

I have not found a place to close the workshop for the time being and I think I clicked away from the tutorial screen by accident so I missed it.

Switch out front by the highway and the telephone booth. Switch is at bottom of the large sign.

I thought there was a way to close the workshop only and keep the gas station open...

I'm sorry mis-read your question. Yeah, I think it says something like 'just close the doors' to close the workshop but you can't.

It does tell you that you can close the workshop, but from what I've gathered from other players, you can't. Hopefully they will add this ability in.

Just ignore anything that goes in it, if you don't want to do that. You don't take that much -rep from not servicing the cars, as you only get a few per day.

You can't close it but you can stop more coming in by letting 2 in, raise them up on the lifts and just leave them there

Drive Rudy to the entrance of workshop, then block it.

In the management tab, you can close it. In case you haven't found the answer yet. (:
