Its tedious as hell and the devs are supposedly looking to improve the employee management to make it easier.
I'm impressed by how active the dev team seem to be right now. And they are a smaller team. I think they see that people are really taken with the game and are trying to fix a lot of these issues. I hope others keep playing so that it encourages them to keep adding more improvements.
We could buy them for an ammount of money like $2000 and they will work forever.
I wonder if it may be possible to build a trailer park where employees can (maybe rent?) or recharge their batteries, so to speak.
Also only send them to work if there's work to do. If they stay on their posts doing nothing, they will still get tired.
You seriously resurrected a post from September of last year to make fun of a grammatical error?
Smh.
That way you'd only need to order an employee once, and they will just keep doing it as long as you can afford it.
I'd also love if the time scale was slower and you could close/open the garage, shop and carwash after a user-defined hour (like close after 10pm and open at 6am), and actually have to go to sleep, while one of your employees stay awake at the pumps. Some downtime is always good to regroup yourself, restock your products and car parts, refuel, unclog the carwash and clean up the place.
