Save your game just in case! I've been playing for 3 hours straight and my game crashed for no reason and i lost all my progress, auto save doesn't occur that often, so don't be like me and save your game.

Yes, I've been saving after every person I ring up or fuel or any task that needs completed. Pretty sure I've saved over 100 times in an hour. Hotfix coming soon though🤞🏻

A hotkey (F5) would be very nice to quicksave like we have in so many other games.

Just to add to this, for some reason, the game only auto saves after completing challenges in the main "story" part of the game. After you complete the final challenge, the game auto saves pretty regularly. Why? I have no clue, but that's how it's setup.

Yeah it is odd Roland, you can easily loose hours of progress trying to build up cash before progressing more of the 'story'. Autosaves will change with the next update (Monday, unless that changes again) where it should save every 4 minutes.

Please don't crosslink your unrelated post here. People aren't replying cos you have to start over, you can't transfer and I'm not going to comment further as this thread is about a bug with the game not autosaving.

Yeah didn't save for 1h, got to 3k$ and some improving then crash and lost it all...

Hi guys, just a idea that worked for me. I capped fps to 30 and turned vsync on. Had no crashes and played for about 4 hours straight.

Glad i could help, this game crashes a lot just randomly been on twice today and crashed both times.

Also for those looking here now, there was a hotfix earlier today that has fixed auto save.

"- Autosave should trigger every 4 minutes regardless of quest progression unless quest has it specifically prevented (First Dennis Quest as an example)."
