Item spawner / console commands

Hi ! So I reached max level of the station and when it expended I lost the trash " Traffic Cone " in my yard. I used it as decoration near my pumps.
Decorating my station with some cool trash is my thing, but it prevents me to make an employee clean or he will dump the stuff.

I was wondering : Is there any console commands to spawn some trashes in case they dissapear ?

when you beat the game and pay the cash to uncle you will get machine what spawns trash to throw at Dennis. SO you can spawn all day all you want :)
