How to Upgrade to level 6?

My station is level 5. I have everything upgraded except car wash to automatic. There is no goals to upgrade to level 6 like all the other levels had. I have the Can Touch DLC and the Party DLC installed. Do I need another DLC to get level 6 gas station?

When I click on home. no req is listed except $5000 and I have $9000. When I click the green upgrade arrow it just goes to the upgrades window that does not show level 6. I am confused.

Figured it out if anyone wants to know 10 years from now. You need the 'Can Touch This' DLC which I had. Instead of upgrading the station to level 6 from the normal screen, you click on the 'Can Touch This' large icon while in game. I forget which menu that is under. Anyway, from there it will say "ready for more?" and you click on that. Cost is 5k
