Sewer shortcut

There is a manhole cover near the restroom entrance. Click on it then climb down into the sewer, it is kinda tricky to get lined up just right to climb down. It puts you almost at the pump area. Climb back out & click the cover to close.

It's tied to opening up the car wash. You may need to level it up or just use it for a while, I don't honestly remember. But you get a prompt to go down in the sewer via another entrance and then you can get out through the manhole after.
