Quest stuck on tequila

I have the DLC and I accidentally sold the 10x Tequila that I was supposed to give to Joe. I have played for hours now and sit on 12k cash and a huge supply of store items. I check every single plane and nobody ever sells Tequila. The game is becoming boring because I can't get the station to level 4. How to fix this? I really don't want to load old save either because that is hours are wasted and im not even sure which save has Tequila still in my inventory.

yeah, i'm pretty sure the way the game is set up you are blocked.

i am stuck on that quest as well but i didnt sell the tequila it just disappear. we should be able to get the tequila again without having to start again. I dont even have a saved game from the beginning of the DLC.

I have been focusing on this because I assumed Tequila comes from Mexico. But I have only seen planes from South America. Are Mexican planes rarer than others?

No, they should have the same chance to spawn as any other.

I have the same problem but the requested good is german liquor. There is no german liquor from the first planes.

Okay, I got it eventually from a Mexican plane (felt like forever), and the cargo was lost so had to pay a bit extra for it but finally continued and got all quests done in a few of hours because I had so much money banked.

There is a quest to deliver German liquor? Are you sure its not just post-quest delivery?
