TOILET DOOR CLOSED FOREVER AND KEYS GONE

The toilet doors are closed which causes npcs to be stuck outside forever, I gotta close the shop to make them go.

I have this same issue. I've restarted the game multiple times to no avail. No idea how to fix it. I think it started after I bought the second bathroom stall.

What exactly do you mean? After unlocking the toilet, you have to clean the inside, with the next lvl of the station more toilets are unlocked for purchase. After the customer enters the restroom, the door closes before you can enter it.

I also have this problem, i bought the toilets but the WC room is closed so i cannot get in to complete the first task of cleaning the WC with the broom. To be clear.. it never opened.

Okay, so you can brush the floor through the closed door so that you can at least advance game progression, but the doors are still closed, so if another task comes up later that requires me to go in there, i'm screwed.

After exiting the game and leaving it for the night, i loaded it up and the wc is now open. shrug.. not sure if that happened before or after i reset the gas station cause the delivery truck i ordered got stuck.

Sorry for very late answer. But in the midgame the door just closed. Never opened and NPCS couldn't enter which made them stuck inside the gas station.

same problem here, the door was already open, but after i had to put the customers back because they always get stuck in the gas station, the door is closed, even buying a second toilet didn't help

I fixed the problem somehow just going to main menu, turning some gameplay settings on, off and just loading the game back up and it was open if this doesn’t idk what does

Try save/load or load the same save. Maybe something broke with loading save.

Did not help, even the reset buttons did not open the door again. Since I played the game for 118 minutes so far, I can't test any longer. Very sad, this game makes fun but not with a plot stopper like this. I'll refund it.
