Reloading the savegame should fix it

The water pressure was good, automatic mode on and a "finished" car in the car wash. Then i just saved the game with F5, got back to the main menu and clicked on continue. I´m not 100% sure how exactly i did it cause its´s a while ago, but it fixed the problem permanent. The stucked car got washed again and it worked. I think the trick is NOT to restart the game. I remember that i had the endless loading screen couple of times, thats why i think it only works when you dont restart the game.

I have this issue.. for the first time I was able to upgrade to automatic car wash..

only for it to not work.. how does stuff like this get overlooked.. now I wish I didnt upgrade it.

I had the same problem. It is permanent fixable by yourself. Try to save and reload your game and other thinks like closing/reloading/opening

I had to start over again for the 7th time, since then. I'm not sure that it's going to work for me this time, since the update.

Not sure what is going on.. you would think that the dirt would get less and less as the car wash sprayed it. especially when the rotorsponge hits it.. at the very least.

I'll keep trying it..

This reminds me of an old race game that allowed me to install parts and each part was simulated and the whole sim was really really cool.. just had ZERO polish and TONS of bugs... so many that the cool factor dissipated .. and quickly.

This did not happen to me, but if save and load the game did not work, Normally it works for similar bugs (like when people getting off the party bus don't enter the station and wait outside)

go down to the sewer there is a red shredder button,(like reset excavator button) if you turn it on and off, maybe it will be fixed.
