Anyone know how this game even runs on a Switch? Considering it's pretty resource intensive I can't believe it's a very good time unless this is another miracle port on par with Witcher 3 and No Man's Sky.

E: Looking at this review of the Switch version it's clearly a pretty old version of the game. The gas pump thing that you refuel from is still on the side of the road near the station and not where the car wash would eventually end up. That and the rough framerate makes it not seem all that great.

Can you say anything about how old the console build is at this point. It's fully understandable that it would be pretty outdated but a real shame if it at least doesn't get patched up.
