Is the DX11 mode better? Does the game originally run at DX12?

In some cases the game runs better in DX11 mode, depends on your system.

12700K and RTX 3090 :) So default? Also the resolution is 3440x1440p.

DX12 is better for 30-cards and up currently, as I've understood it, especially with the newest drivers (522.25), which improved DX12 performance dramatically on those cards.
