DX11 mode
Is the DX11 mode better? Does the game originally run at DX12?

In some cases the game runs better in DX11 mode, depends on your system.

12700K and RTX 3090 :) So default? Also the resolution is 3440x1440p.

DX12 is better for 30-cards and up currently, as I've understood it, especially with the newest drivers (522.25), which improved DX12 performance dramatically on those cards.

From the driver notes:

"This Game Ready Driver also includes significant DirectX 12 performance optimizations which can dramatically improve performance for GeForce 30 Series GPUs."
