cards in the game
please tell me why you need to collect cards and what are they for?

good question, I'm worried about it too. All cards have two parameters, what do they mean?

They don't do anything right now...I believe its going to be for The Shady Deals DLC when it comes out(which was supposed to be soon but got delayed).

Not a guess though as the developers have said it will be a part of the Shady Deals DLC. I just don't remember which thread it was as it was a few weeks ago.
