What do the cards do?
Dennis and Dragons cards? I found few of them around but I have no idea how to use them.

They don't have a use currently, they're just collectibles :) there might be direct use for them in the future.

One more question, is there a way to reset staff?

Err, unsure. If you have the Can't touch this DLC you can close the station then use the hammer to move the cash register, alternatively if no other better solution pops up might need to fire him. I don't think we have an employee reset button but might add something for quality of life fixes in case employees get stuck.

I fired him, well all skills was resetted so no big deal for me

If my memory isn't failing me, the employee should show up in hiring rotation again eventually.
