Is this game like house flipper and you end having no more quests until a DLC comes out?

Pretty much, you still can continue to fill up gas, buy more stock for your store or garage, no more quests after the story, technically they have end game challenges, but they can be disabled/enabled at will, but also they're broken as they're currently at a point where they are impossible to complete in the allotted time given

Not sure about DLC's though, every content update they've added has been a part of the game, the car wash is next, whenever they decide to drop that update

The only real way that it's different is that HF has a lot more content even without DLC. This doesn't. You'll run out of things to do rather quickly so it will be on you to figure out how to extend the life of the game from there.

most of the challenges you can complete if you are prepared for them and get a little lucky. some like getting 30 tips in 3 minutes isnt possible though yes lol
