red and green dots when buying products
when you buy products like cigarettes and snacks, there are red and green dots above the price.
at first i thought red means that i don't have the item in stock and green means i do have it, but then i saw items that i have with red and items i don't have with green.
what is the meaning of the dots?

price fluctuation, press T to read the tooltip about it.

According to the tutorial message.
(You know, those that most players don't read)
Green means the buy price is lower than average.
Red means the opposite.
