Placing trash bag in trash can

Hey everyone, just bought the game. Loving it so far. I can't seem to figure out how to place a new trash bag in the trash can. Says go near can and press left mouse button. I do that and nothing happens. Anyone know whats up?

Hit tab first and select the trash bag option so the bag is in your hand. Then left click the bin and the previous trash will form into a bin bag. Once you do this the bin is free to put trash in again. Also did you purchase the trash bag in the tutorial yet? Remember you can only change the bin when there is rubbish in there.

Yeah make sure you purchased the bags on your computer.
