Mod Support?

Will mod support be available at some point? Would be great to see more paint options and perhaps other things a modding community could add.

Hi, not for the moment. We'd love to do it but for the moment it's not planned. If anything changes in the future we'll announce it properly.

Mod support has never been planned and quite frankly the chance of us doing it are incredibly low. While we will add features and content to the game, mod support just isn't in the cards.

Its a terrible business decision to not include mods in this day and age. You're literally getting free labor and content for the game. That makes it customizable and people feel ownership, a community is built around the game.

My job is sales and marketing for large companies, it seems whoever runs your company misses out on a huge opportunity to maximize exposure and revenue.

I think mods are a mixed bag. Sure its nice to have all the additional and often times better than vanilla stuff that having mods allow, but after a while mod creators move on and the workshop is full of broken un-updated content.

Can you fix the bugs in the game please, before adding content? Currently there is trash on the ground I cannot pick up, I have a delivery truck stuck somewhere (can see it in the distance) so I cannot order items for that truck, and the restroom stall doors cannot be opened to clean. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Thanks.

You can reset the whole traffic including delivery truck using the UFO reset button. It is located near the phone booth. We are currently working on a patch, thatwe will realese as soon as we can.

Wow I guess they did notice. If we are lucky maybe they will notice several people wanting mod support LOL.
