Not allowing me to view First email

I don't know if this is a bug or if its just my pc. But when you first get off the phone to the uncle. You have to go and read an email from him. I click on the computer, click on to the email tab. But nothing but a red Dot appears. I can't click on the email to read it. I have created a new game to see if it was an issue with the one i had started. But it is still doing the same thing on the new game.

I'm having the same problem with various Razer peripherals, an XBox One gamepad and a Razer analogue keyboard which is being (I think) recognised as a controller even though gaming mode is switched off.

EDIT: I have a solution that worked for me. In Steam settings, I made sure my XBox gamepad was selected and configured (it was set to generic gamepads). Since doing that, my Xbox gamepad and my keyboard work interchangeably and my Razer peripherals no longer seem to interfere.

i had this problem too but i didnt had xbox controller so i fixed it like that:

1) download KinoConsole for your phone and for your pc (with this app you can controll or even play your pc games with your phone as a controller)

2) connect them togather and select the game and start the game

3) for opening the email in game just go to kinoconsole in your phone and and custm a keybond . so you can add (A) botton in your phone screen

4) just press that A botten :)

I just found the solution, first you need to change setting in WINDOW MODE to WINDOWED or BORDERLESS after that on the READ MAIL QUEST you will need to press KEY WINDOW on your keyboard or CTRL+ESC etc, then you will have mouse cursor to click the box of reading mail. Enjoy the next quest :)), I'm not good at grammar so please pardon me, and I hope you guys FIX it.
