Black Wolf Teeth useless on Open World Olympus?

So it looks like the way to unlock Black Wolf weapons is to complete a mission on Styx. Does that mean they are useless on Olympus?

Basically yes. They can be collected and if you get the appropriate skill on Styx, then the Olympus stockpile of teeth can be realized.
