How to build low pitched roof ?

I wanted to build roof that match with half wall pieces, like on picture below.
But I could not find what exact ramp piece I need to craft to build such roof.

I have all wood pieces unlocked on tech tree. Do I need to craft that on some special workbench or have to unlock some extra technology ?

It is probably something trivial, but I can't find it.

lower roof top. you can find it with "Wood Halfpitches". character can craft that.
Moreover, Carpentry Bench can craft them in a cheaper price.

There are still sub-options. (a fortified tree is given as an example because the Wiki for a regular wood does not list sub-variants, but they also exist)

Once you find your half-pitches you might run into snapping issues getting it started. Using a beam horizontally can get you started and then you just pick the beam up: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3285776774

Thanks, that info I have missed. Regardless of placing vertical wall halfpitches, I missed that there is roof section there too. I searched trough ramp variant for that pice and could not find exact piece.
