If that's not working you could try editing the file. Look at some of your other solo prospects and change the plain text info at the top of the file that looks relevant to match.
You could setup a dedicated server on the same PC you're playing on and run it if all else fails.
1. Put all created items in a box.
2. Take all items from the station (workshop) with you to orbit.
And only then transfer the file.

If it is not possible to do the above, you can edit the save file (all items on the character will most likely be lost, I'm not sure)
1. In the line "ClaimedAccountID": "#steamid#"
Specify your steamID in quotes
2. In the line "ClaimedAccountCharacter": 4,
Specify the number of the save slot of your character. In this case, instead of "4". The slot number can be found in the file characters.json , the entry "ChrSlot\": 0, (In this case, "0")
3. Perhaps it is not necessary (need to check). In the line "AssociatedMembers": [], there should not be any entries in square brackets. I advise you to try not to delete the entry, if it does not work, then delete it.
Be sure to make a backup copy before making any changes.

I'll add more. ))
If it is possible to make a dedicated server on your computer. Slip in the save file and then perform the procedure of leaving the world by the character (as written at the beginning).
In theory, it will work without losses and any problems.
