Cont4ct device at Missions
A few days ago I entered the world of Icarus ansd nowe I have a question about this Cont4ct Device. I read everywhere that these extra missions are only available in the Open World and Outposts.

But I see at the missions-pictures (right corner) this little sign for these devices. Are there or aren't there any additional missions at the regular missions? If not, what does that sign mean?

Maybe I have to replay all the already finished missions (only 5 until now)

Thank you in advance for your time and answers

Not sure what to make of your questions so I'll just give some details on the C0NT4CT Device and that may clear things up for you.

The C0NT4CT Device has two different modes: SMPL3 Missions and Operations.

SMPL3 Missions are short randomly generated objectives that give you an item reward and a little bit of cash when you complete them. These can be accessed only in Open World or Outpost mode because they create new objectives for you on the HUD and in Mission mode you already have objectives that you can't overwrite.

Operations are only available in Open World. A good number of the Mission mode missions have been updated to run in Open World. These missions have been classified as Operations to indicate you are operating in an Open World map.

As to replaying your previous missions as Operations? You can if you want to, but you don't have to. You can skip straight to the newest Operation you have unlocked.
