No level boost for Promithius??

So when I made a new character to try the Styx map, I got a lvl 10 character boost. When I bought New Frontiers for Christmas, I assumed my new character for that map would get a boost too, but I didn't get one....did I misunderstand the disclaimer with the Styx boost? Do I just not get one for the Promithius map?

Do you need one? It's super easy to get to max level in this game.

"In order to get the boost, you must start a mission on Prometheus. Once you start it, it will then give you the option to boost the character you are playing on up to level 20."

I tried that, no boost offer

Had you created a character before, then erased it to make a new one. If so, you used it up. sorry.

Once you get to base building in open world, you will shoot up levels like crazy.

Basically as William said, the level boost is one time use per account. Not character, so you've already used it on the character you made for Styx.
