Scan Worthy missions

My friends and I have been playing missions at random but we try to build a scan mostly on the 6 day missions but I noticed that there are only 4 missions where a scan is worth the time to build. Other missions we noticed that once we run the scan there is nothing found.
Does anyone know by heart which missions its not a wasted time to build a scan?

Spiritwalk: Exploration is pretty decent if youre just looking for exotics. 600+ exotics just from the extractor nodes

only a couple missions have 2 veins that i know of. the rest are 1s
