Auto Run + Assorted Keybinds?

Two things that I didn't feel took up a post each

1. Is there a plan to add an auto run thing like they have in other games? Usually bound to middle mouse. Having to hold down either W or a button on my mouse to run messes with my carpal tunnel.
2. Can we please use keybinds with ctrl+alt? I do not have hands big enough to comfortably hit 0 for an item and tend to bind action bars like this to 1-5, and then alt+(1-5).

outa curiosity, as someone who never uses numbers past 4 and uses scroll wheel, why don't you use scroll wheel to select items on your bar?

But I'll add in my two cents: hotkeys are faster (and as Jhecht said, *exact*).

Press button, there you are.

Wheel: watch as you equip/unequip everything along the way.... No "overshooting" and trying to kill a bear with a clump of berries.
