i have tha base game without any dlc...so i play open world olympus,i can scan and extract exotics??

Yes, exotics are in the base game, just get yourself a radar and an exrractor or 2 and start scanning for exotics.

Tip abouth the scanning: Animals will attack you and the radar, so if you don't have the best weapons yet, take some stone building pieces and build a platform on stilts and put the scanner on top of it, then the animals cannot get to it and you can focus killing them without worry about the radar

Yes, Open World has exotic deposits that respawn 3 hours after you empty one of them. The respawn happens during a special meteor shower event.

Alternately, you can build a few thatch ramps and go onto a large rock outcropping, then pick up the lowest ramp.
