Pour commencer à semer dans Icarus, la première étape consiste à préparer le sol. Au lieu d'utiliser une houe, qui n'existe pas dans le jeu, vous aurez besoin d'une pelle. De plus, il est essentiel d'apprendre et de construire un objet appelé "planteur", car c'est seulement avec lui que vous pourrez semer efficacement. Si vous devez le faire sans le planteur, mais de manière plus improvisée, prenez la pelle en main, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris tout en regardant le sol, et cela créera un point de plantation valide.

C'est quoi le planteur ?

Un planteur est un objet que tu peux débloquer dans l'arbre de compétences pour le fabriquer. Il en existe trois versions. C'est le seul objet qui permet de planter des graines. N'oublie pas que pour semer, il faut mettre la graine dans ta main, ou bien faire un clic droit sur l'icône de la graine, puis sélectionner 'positionner'.

I found that you can also just right click on the seed in your inventory and select, "deploy."

When you have near 10,000 hours combined, playing ARK, Atlas, Conan Exiles, Empyrion Galactic Survival, then come to this game, it can be kind of frustrating, but great for content creators. Like, what do you mean I have to craft a bottle of treated water? I have the pill, and the bottle of water. Why can't I just drag the pill onto the bottle of water?

Yes, I had to look up a video to figure that out. And according to the content creator who made the video, he was also very confused, and asked many people, all of whom had no answer for him, until one did. So he made the video for others to see.

There were many things like this. It's a simply function of people being used to how it's done in other games, and then coming to this game, and not only is it not done the same, but there's no hint, clue, or tutorial teaching you how it's done. That's why people get frustrated.

That said, once I learned, I was like, "Cool, more XP" since I had to craft the pills, then craft the bottle of treated water.

The frustration isn't new to this game. Every game like this that I've played, people get frustrated when it doesn't work the way it did in the last game they played, and they can't quickly figure out how to do it in the new game. I saw this in ARK, Atlas, 7D2D, Empyrion, Last Oasis, Conan Exiles, Valheim, etc...

Can you imagine the howling by CoD/BF/Delta Force type game players if WASD, Space Bar, Left Click, Left Shift, etc., weren't all universal across all of those games? Imagine having to relearn how to run around and shoot, because space is now sprint, etc... Heck, it can be confusing going back and forth between games when one uses E to interact, and the next uses F.

Yes, I went and played a bit of Generation Zero, last night. I kept hitting F to interact, instead of E.

Anyway, I don't think it's so much the new way to do something...it's simply frustrating when you can't figure out how to do it. Especially when it's not intuitive on how to do it. As evidenced by the video, most people didn't think it was intuitive to craft the bottle of treated water. For most people, the most intuitive thing would be to drag the pill onto the bottle of water.
