Game wont start

Not sure whats changed but had a hell of a time updating and now the game wont even start. Im an idiot and did not add details.

On Start I get an error saying "Couldnt Start" and then a location for Icarus-Win64-Shipping.exe

Confirm you don't have an anit-virus program messing up the files from the update. Then try a file verification in your Icarus settings on Steam.

1) First you need PC Specs.
2) After that you need a detailed description of what is happening or not happening. What you are doing, what you are pressing. What it says etc.

ive done this a few times. Trying to see if I can post a pic. I am having an error that says "Couldnt Start" and then a location for Icarus-Win64-Shipping.exe

Getting an error on start saying "Couldnt Start" and then a location for Icarus-Win64-Shipping.exe

Ive ran the game since day 1. Specs suck but its a recent issue. Tried reinstalling, Clearing cache, verifying library and verifying the files on this specific game. Checked that I have exceptions in the anti virus.

Avast or AVG. Add the Icarus-Win64-Shipping.exe file to exceptions or disable your antivirus.

If that file is missing then something is interfering with the update process. Which is likely gonna be an anti-virus program running some sort of network defense that watches downloads. It sees a false positive in the file and silently blocks it to *Protect* you.
