Feed a tamed wolf

How do I feed a tamed Wolf, do I need raw meat? How to do it?

They will eat whatever out of the food bin just like the rest of the animals.

You can also hold food and right-click at the animal.

I have a huge barn and simply put the new ones in there for safety. With the pet beds everywhere and water and food roughs not assigned that are for the new ones. They settle in very well. They mostly sleep on the bed, especially the lazy buffaloes and cows and find their own ways to the troughs and bed whereas the moa seems curious and likes to explore so I had the moa following me while at my base until I managed to fence off the barn so it didnt go where it shouldnt go and get stuck. i watch and if they ever do drop with water or food and if they do, you can give it to them manually holding the item and right click and petting them alot to keep happiness high.
