Game freeze and crash 0x887a0020 - 'INTERNAL ERROR'

Hi all,
I am playing with a friend for a few days now.
Until Thursday everything went well. Even on Friday we could play a few hours. But since Sunday, when my friend got her new screen and activated VSync, the games starts freezing.
We changed a lot of settings in ADRENALIN as well as ingame.
It helped a bit to lower the FPS limit from 144 to 60 Hz. But it still crashed after 45mins or so.

The setup:
Intel Core i7 10700K
ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-A
4x8GB DDR4-3000
Crucial SSD
Acer Predator BiFrost OC RX7800XT
750 W power supply

for 6 months i have the same problem sometimes this game dont even load in gives me loading error or crashes. i wish i knew about all these problems before i bought it. or i would have not wasted money this game

Actually there's the problem. It worked before and not it crashes. We have 24h left to refund the game and if this problem doesn't get solved within this time we will refund the 55€!

0x887a0020 - 'INTERNAL ERROR' is a Direct 3D error with Unreal Engine. You can just search it in google to get all the general troubleshooting fixes. They're basically going to tell you to update your graphics drivers, reinstall your DX drivers, verify files, switch between DX11 and DX12 to which works better, etc.

Can't really fix your personal system for you, you need to go through the troubleshooting stuff yourself. Don't do stuff you're not comfortable with like editing your registery. If you share what you've tried and what the results were we may be able to give you some other ideas.

No change at all.
We did a /scannow and found some corrut files, but without any effect.
It crashes on and on on her computer.
