Repair Bench - Repairing Spear (Small UI fix needed)

For my XING XING spear I purchased outside of the missions and drop down with, how do I repair it? What is the icon next to the Repair Bench icon?

When I hover over the Repair Bench icon, a text box appears that says "Repair Bench" but when I hover over the other icon - no text box pops up to tell me what the F it is!! Super annoying

Repair bench requires workshop repair kit (under Gadgets) for workshop items. I'd rather repair those up in the station where it is a lot cheaper..

As was mentioned, it's cheaper to repair the workshop gear in orbit. In orbit all repairs are only 10 Ren, while on the planet you need to build the repair bench and call down a repair kit for 50 exotics. The repair kit is only good for 5 repairs so each repair on the planet costs 10 exotics instead of just 10 Ren.

Process is simple, call down an orbital droppod from your orbital exchange interface. Send the workshop gear back to orbit, log out to the character select, repair the items, log back in and call the items back down.

I recommend the Orbital Exchange Interface process too. I use if in nearly every game and on long expeditions i put the orbital exchange interface into my travel inventory as it can be set up and used anywhere.
