The heat transfer from "campfire" to "wood floor" is real...
The only ways to build a campfire indoors should be to place it directly on the ground or on a stone floor.
teh same when people start talking well i am wearing a suit and i am still getting pneumonia or whatever.
every time that nitpicking iritates me
The same bees that you can hit and kill with a single spear jab... yah. I know I read the pointless lore justification.
I made the mistake of building a campfire on a wood floor in Icarus. I accidentally stepped in the campfire. I caught on fire, spread the fire to the floor. In moments the entire base was fully engulfed in flame while I tried to learn the fire wacker and find fiber, sticks and stones in the boxes that were now engulfed in flames. This was all complicated because I was just moving to the new base and my inventory was completely full so I couldn't pick anything up. I burned to death before I could gather the supplies hehe.
I think it's great that games let you do stupid things just like in real life.
That would be both realistic and give the firewhacker some real purpose. And of course hilariously fun and funny.
