Icon meaning
I'm interesting in what the white icon in the top left corner (like a horned demon skull) means in Heavy Obsidian Feet Armor at Tier 2 of the Tech Tree?

I can't find this information on the Internet. It would be nice if you recomended me site where I can read information about Icarus.

I means it's part of the New Frontier (Prometheus) DLC

But I have no DLC Icarus: New Frontiers Expansion yet. I have only Icarus: Styx Expansion.

Yes, that just means you unlocked the tech in the tree. You can unlock the recipes without actually buying the New Frontiers DLC. They deliberately set up that DLC so only the host needs to own it, and their friends can join the prometheus map for free. That's why you can buy the tech recipes.

The symbol is to tell you that it's exclusive to the Prometheus map, and requires resources you will only find on that map. Nowhere else.
