Prometheus strange plant questsions

I've searched online and I'm seeing results that are inconsistent. So asking here:
- Do strange plants respawn on prometheus?
- Do you get any bonus for harvesting them from a high level sickle with advanced attachments? (I don't seem to).

Strange plants seem to respawn at least in open world. I don't know for sure what affects yield and what doesn't, but I get on average 5 raw exotics and 3.5 seeds per picked plant and 7.5 raw exotics (5 crops) per planted seed with best gear (titanium sickle with reaper 2 and workshop crop plots inside greenhouse with water and electricity) and with all harvesting/foraging/farming talents. Fertilizers do not affect yield, only growth speed, I've noticed. Foraging talents might increase yield when picking strange plants from nature (you can't use sickle there), not sure though.

I read in update info that strange plants respawn in Openworld Prometheus every 3 hours as well as exotics.

There's a fertilizer from the Chemistry bench which slows growth but increases yield.

I didn't notice any effect on the Strange Plants yield though.

Greenhouse gives +50% growth speed bonus IIRC. Growth fertilizer (made in chemistry bench) does the same.

Yeah, the high-quality fertilizer. I did some testing some time ago and did not find any difference in yield (with strange plants) between high-quality and growth fertilizers.
