Cargo pod not spawning

I am playing a mission called Supply Stockpile. It has two parts: Farming Shipment and Hunting Shipment. I went to the checkpoint for the Farming Shipment first, and upon reaching it, the mission updates to tell me that I need to deposit 200 carrots, 150 pumpkins, 70 watermelons and 250 berries in the cargo pod. A voice says, "All you have to do now is get that stuff back to orbit." However, there is no cargo pod. Is this a bug or am I supposed to deposit it somewhere else, like in a drop pod, in the other marked location, or in the pod that you can summon for exotics? I tried restarting the mission already and I'm getting the same problem.

Move around, the pod lands when you get close to it. You might not be close enough to it.

By the way, you can store things (like meat) in the pod and they will not rot.

But be aware that as soon as you put the last veggies in, it will blast up to orbit. So take the meat and other things out first. A good way to get veggies is foraging as you run back and forth between the two pods. There will be some things (usually pumpkins) that you will want to start growing, just because they're rare.

I've gone exactly to the checkpoint location. Is that not where it spawns?

I ran all the way across the map to the hunting location, and the guy says, "Here we go. You got this," but that cargo pod doesn't spawn either.

This may be a bug, but the problem is that this bug (pod non-arrival) happened before, and now another bug is happening.

1) The first standard recommendation: Verify game in Steam.
Try loading the mission not through ‘Resume’, but through ‘Load’.
Open the map and see if another additional icon has appeared there?

2) Do you play on your PC, join a friend, dedicated servers? (external hosting?)?
Have any other players joined you at least once to complete this mission?
Are you running the game or Steam as administrator? Are you launching from a desktop icon or via Steam?
Is your Steam in 'offline' mode?
Write down everything that makes your game different from normal conditions.

3) Do you use or have you previously used mods?
The screenshot below shows the files and their sizes that you should have in the Paks directory (Icarus games), and nothing extra (update Week 104). There should also be no empty mods folders.

Do you have exactly the same and with the same sizes?

I'm guessing based on your questions that you're a dev. If you're not, then those are some weird questions. Thanks for replying. I'll try to answer everything.
1. I verified the files and it says, "All 793 files successfully validated."
I tried loading the game with load instead of resume, and the cargo pods didn't appear, but the trigger for them to appear had already happened. Originally, I started the mission new, rather than loading or resuming. There is not a new icon on the map after loading.
2. I am playing on PC. I hosted and a friend joined.
I am not running the game or steam as an administrator. I am launching from steam.
Steam is not in offline mode.
3. I am not using nor have ever used any mods.
The files in my paks directory are not the same size as yours.

My game version is REV. 2.1.7.118077-SHIPPING-HYPATIA HYPATIA . I don't see anything about update week 104 or any other update week.

After verifying the game files, I updated my GPU driver and I started the mission again by myself, and both cargo pods spawned. I don't know which of those steps resolved the issue.
