Really like this game but graphically it is a bit too demanding. Are devs ever going to introduce AMD FSR frame generation to help with the FPS ?
I have a laptop with rtx 3050 with ryzen 5 5600H. And in my laptop it is either 40-50 or a lot of frame drops. Combating lots of enemies at the same time is a mess with stutters and lags. I wish there was some solution for this.

Its not that graphically demanding. Build my pc in 2017 and its running the game on high pretty well. Occasional lag but thats usually only when friends are loading into my game.

Yaah I think laptop GPUs or rtx 3050 is not upto the task for playing this game too well. I think for the first time i have to reduce resolution. :'(

A lot of the stuttering you're seeing is not caused by your rig, but by issues with the Unreal 4 engine that the game uses. I keep hoping to hear news of an upgrade to Unreal 5, but I'm not holding my breath.

that would be a ton of work for a game thats not amazingly popular. Its a decent game but its not going to have the popularity for them to spend the time updating it for unreal 5

Probably true, but so sad. The game is amazingly good and would be quantum leaps better without the stutter. Having just recently crossed into "Mostly Positive" reviews, I hope to see it get even more popular. The gameplay certainly deserves it.

EDIT: Just looked, and on top of the 30,000 "Mostly Positive" reviews, there are 900 "recent" reviews categorizing the game as "Very Positive".

As you have a rtx 3050 what will AMD FSR do for you? You don`t play with the graphics unit on your cpu and nvidia can't use FSR. You would need Nvidia DLSS

Coffee Stain Studios have done this with Satisfactory. They 'bit the bullet' and updated to the unreal 5 engine. They are only a small Indy studio.

and satisafctoy has gotten very very popular and its in early access.
Doing that with a finished game would cause all kinds of bugs, reviews would be horrible due to it. A finished game usually isnt given an engine update because people expect a working mostly bug free experience. Not a mess of bugs due to an update that might not have been needed
