i live in F4 of the starter planet and have been looking around the mountains for hours and cant find any iron or copper.
where is it???

1) Potential places deep mine; exotic deposit; Enzyme Geysers; caves indicating through passages under the mountains (if any) for all maps.

The are online resources for finding maps of icarus, with all kinds of points of interest marked, including caves.

Icarus intel is a good site. Just do a web search for "icarus intel". It was the first website that had the maps. For a bit it looked like it wasn't being updated anymore, but then all the prometheus map info showed up.... so someone is still updating it.

There's a second site, can't remember the URL. That site is accurate, in that all the information on it is right... but... there's stuff missing. Or at least was last time I used it. Last time I looked at it, it just hadn't had as many people contributing to it as the first site. I went back to using icarus intel.
