I wouldn't recommend it.
For example, there is a bug circulating when all of people’s walls, foundations, ceilings, etc., that is, the building elements of the entire building, disappear, but the contents continue to hang (this is synonymous with complete destruction). When you ask people: have you used mods? Either they are silent or they don’t admit it. But there is a pattern; as a rule, this occurs (over many months) in multiplayer. The nature of the origin of this bug is unknown, but it is very similar to a gross desynchronization between the ‘client’ and the server, + there is a point that this does not occur in PC Solo (no matter what anyone says)
In addition, when using mods in multiplayer, other things also happen.
Without all progress being fully saved by all parties (for a full rollback in case of unforeseen circumstances), I would not risk even trying to use mods from one of the parties.
PS Just the other day they complained that the contents of all containers were missing.

Thank you! This is what I wanted the mod for, so now no mod is needed and I verified it works perfectly. (anyone else doing this, ALWAYS backup a file before editing)
