Only 1 of us got our reward (SMPL3 Mission)

Earlier I accepted a smpl3 kill the crazed bear mission. It appeared for my GF as well. She died during the bear hunt but I was able to kill the bear and revive her. We hit the drop pod and were each given 3 choices, we both chose the same reward: Ghillie leg. She received a ghillie leg, I did not.

Just wondering if each potential reward choice can only be picked by one member of the group or did my reward smpl3y bug out?

It's been my experience that the 2 times my wife and I did a Simpl3 mission, we both had the ability to CLAIM the reward, but only one of us got it. It might have given the one of us double the amount so that we were given the correct total amount, but I don't recall and didn't think of that possibility until afterwards. And they are such skimpy rewards that we've moved on to more classic missions and Operations.

I had a bug too. Called down the pod for exotics, put a few over 200 in there, noticed there was something different but couldnt put my finger on it. Then I sent the exotics away... waited... waited some more... never got a notification that exotics were sent. That's when I realized that the pod also didnt have the sides come down like it normally does. Well there goes that haha.

I should clarify that when I got back to the station and checked my exotics they also werent added to my balance.

Thank you, I wasn't ware of this. I won't bother for now since it was just a vein I had stumbled upon in open world. If it happens again though I might look into it. All the same thank you for that information.
