That's a little pessimistic, but the overall message certainly bears repeating. Weekly updates mean you never know when everything's going to break. One week, I logged in after the update and all my walls and ceilings were gone. Another time, my huge stash of ~stuff~ was diminished greatly.
If you still want to use mods, then you should start with JimK's Mod Manager, especially if you plan on using more than one mod; it handles any conflicts for you by letting you choose which conflicting value(s) you want to go with. It also lets you directly download a bunch of mods by different people from GitHub and lets you keep them up-to-date.
For the über-masochist, there's also a mod editor. *Shudder*
because others simply do not have such problems.
PS You yourself very well described one of the characteristic bugs - ‘disappearance of the house’.
What can I say? I'm one of the masochists that plays with the mod editor. :-)
So as I see some experienced mod users, I have a question. Is thera a mod that makes movement feel more inertia based?
I am spoiled gamer and I also like immersion feel in survival games. And the most spoiling game for me is Escape From Tarkov which is one of the best FPP games in terms of movement feel in game. (There are also some TPP games with great inertia movement of course)
Subnautica as sIcarus have similar stiff woody movement feel. Like instant 100% speed and stopping on a dime. I trully hate such sick arcade movement in games.
One of games that I moded myself to get rid of this awful game mechanics was Dying Light.
There is a chance that if game is modable then this values can be tweaked.
Values like time to accelerate/decelerate.
So to my question. Is there a mod or a way to tweak those values?
I haven't seen a mod that does anything like you describe. Whether or not it's possible given the limited tools we have, I don't know. While I poke around with this stuff, I'm nowhere near knowledgeable enough to be considered a real modder.
If you're willing to go near the cesspit that is Discord, there's a channel the Icarus modders seem to use where you might be able to get help. I don't, so couldn't even tell you what it's called, but others have posted the link numerous times in this forum; search is your friend. :-)

Here is a video on a tool that will help you to find, install, and manage mods
nah, not really its just factual. Games that get updates a lot. FFS this game has had like 100+ updates in just like 2 years lol. Are bad for modding. Modders give up due to having to over work them selves. There might be great mods, but half the time with games like this, they no longer get worked on ever again as the modder gives up.
