Restarted my PC and its working, Not sure what was going on, Crashed after 10 mins on DX11 so restarted on DX12 and played for just over 1 hour no crash.
You have very little Ram (16GB), so you can only play in DX11 (FPS is higher and this mode is in no way inferior to DX12). In addition, in DX11 the number of lags is smaller. Also, with so much Ram, you will need to close all unnecessary programs before starting Icarus.

From time to time you encounter an error like ‘Out of video Ram’; you need to increase the size of the paging file as described below. Moreover! There really is no mistake here, he writes about a lack of video Ram, but in reality there is a lack of the usual one. These are nuances of the Unreal engine; it happens in other games as well.

For starters, I recommend setting the OS swap file size to FIXED SIZE 32 GB (this means that when setting ‘Custom Size’ -> ‘Initial Size’ and ‘Maximum size’ must be same -> 32768). The paging file must be on the SSD (system partition C:). It is advisable to have at least 32 GB of physical RAM.
Here, the problems will not be in Icarus, but in Unreal 4, on which the game is built, the thing is that this game engine loves a lot of RAM and, oddly enough, large swap files.
If you are playing on DX12 and you are starting to crash, then be sure to put a 32GB swap file. Or try switching to DX11 (considerably less memory consumption).

My whole system uses 13.1GB ram while playing Icarus, Vram is maxed 8000mb, I have a 40gb pagefile on my Nvme for games like DCS and Star citizen that use it.

I can see my Vram is defo causing the crash like the crash report says but problem is the game dosent look that great for so much Vram and i really dont want to play low settings as it looks bad enough on medium.

See most games would just cull assets / textures and allow you to play on but in Icarus it crashes your game, and it is just Icarus as I play a lot of UE4 games, playing a lot of UE5 games right now on 1440p medium and they look amazing and dont crash either.

It uses so little because there are only 16GB physical, and this in itself is not enough. I easily consume a total of 24-25GB (in addition to the cache in memory and what is downloaded to the swapfile).

It is necessary that swapfile be in FIXED size mode, not autosize.

{is the game dosent look that great for so much Vram}
The game looks great, you can look at the ‘Screenshots’ section of this game. Unfortunately, this requires the appropriate hardware.
On my prehistoric PC i2600K(4.7GHz), 32GB DDR3 +32GB swapfile, 6750XT everything works more or less normally at High Setting and looks accordingly. It is necessary to play DX11 and also close all unnecessary programs before starting Icarus to free Ram.
