Alteration benches not showing attachment recipes

I built both benches and neither one shows recipes. Am I doing something wrong? Yes, power is working, yes all tier items are checked.

Did you well notice that, in the alteration bench (i just done this one, don't know the advanced), there are two parts, right and left, the recipes are on the left part (in case).

Yeah there are two interaction sides to the alteration bench. The left side is for creating the mods, the right side is for installing them.

The only other bench like this is the new fishing bench. One side for creating the tackle, the other side for auto-filleting the fish.
