It takes me a lot of time to encrypt what is standing in the last posts.
Reading the latest patchnotes also helped a lot in the past to verify steam.
I think (but keep in mind I do not know what you know) to say to people with those problems, the issues you have is to much to fix in the standard way, you have to deïnstall the game inclusive all the files in steam and reïnstall the game again.
It could be that you have to start a new world, try to leave the old one and never come back.
Or: (only for players that understand PC thingies and are younger than 50 and learned about gaming on a commodore 64):
Give all the information on the right way, like you said in the reactions above.
Out of respect for your input I learned how to pronounce your gamename:)
(Water-Cooled) Intel i7 8700k @ 4.7ghz locked (steady)
32GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB @ 3200mhz (4 x 8GB Quad Channel)
Gigabyte RTX 2080 Ti w/ 11GB GDDR6 onboard memory
Storage Drive: (Hardware Raid enabled PCIE 3.0 2 x 2TB) 4TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus
Playing the game in DX11 with GSYNC enabled @ locked 60hz, 2160 x 1440p resolution, under recommended settings after uninstall/reinstall verifying all files were deleted. Running Windows 11 in Ultimate Performance mode, with an auto-running standby memory clear via Windows Task Scheduler @ intervals of 5 min.
Getting various types of crashes, this one was one of the few that actually provided a crash log. The others would freeze and potentially crash to desktop without an error to view/record, taking down steam and/or discord as well, or they'd throw a pop-up window saying ran out of video memory.
I have tried everything...please help...

UPDATE: I checked the Windows Event Viewer, and I'm seeing a bunch of errors related to video capture and XBOX Game Bar; wondering if that has anything to do with it, but I have no idea how to disable it to check. After everything I've tried to get this game working, I'm not sure whether or not this will do anything, but I'm at a loss for what else to try.
This is not the first time you have deliberately avoided specifying this parameter, do you think I didn’t notice this?
Or do you think that I don’t know about the existence of such errors?
Naming the frequency of your Ram is as easy as saying the size of your Ram or the name of the CPU. There is more empty talk on distant topics than action.
You don’t need to be a specialist to do this, it’s written on your receipt (almost certainly also with timings). If you are not a specialist, then I even told you a program that will do everything for you (section 4), but again something is wrong. What's the matter?
Finally, I have already written what you can do.

[Offhand]
1) Complete removal and reinstallation, deleting the Icarus installation directory as described below in the ‘questionnaire’. {corrupted installation?}
2) It’s impossible to say anything without PC Specs, because the unstable Ram behaves exactly the same way. {unstable overclocked Ram? is very similar}
3) Removing GPU Drivers via DDU and a complete ‘clean’ reinstallation. {'driver curves' for the latest GPU series (all as usual)}
[Separate opinion] something looks like problems with NVidia GPU of the latest 4xxx Series. There is a possibility that, as always, for the latest series of video cards the drivers were written “crookedly”.
1) It’s great that you know what Windows Events are, it can simplify the situation, but for now it’s not necessary.
2) Your Unreal Crash is empty, there should be lines on the first page of this topic (although there are also no lines). In such a case, take a screenshot. Without this, it is generally impossible to say anything substantive.
3) My opinion: WIN11 itself is problematic, there have already been a lot of cases in different games when people switched from Win10b and then started getting a ‘black screen’ on the same PC.
4) You did not name the version of WIN11. I hope 4 Ram modules are not overclocked, because without the Unreal crash error itself, I can now only ‘guess from the tea leaves’.
5) { with an auto-running standby memory clear via Windows Task Scheduler @ intervals of 5 min.}
Sorry? What is this? Please describe in more detail. You probably guess that this should not just be disabled, but not used at all.
6) As a last resort, you better disable (Compress memory). Because of this crap, only mini lags work in games.
7) You didn’t indicate what in-game settings you are playing on? 2K resolution makes sense to me.
Have you tried reducing them to Medium.
Main point------> {or they'd throw a pop-up window saying ran out of video memory.}

3) Need to know: do you use the swap file (OS swapfile) and in what mode.
[Note] The ‘Out of video memory’ error is already known, including on video cards with 12, 16 or more GB VRam, which at first glance may seem absurd since it occurred even in FullHD mode. During the investigation, it turned out that the reason for this was the insufficient size of the OS swapfile, increasing which to 32GB (FIXED size) eliminated the problem (for now for everyone).}
What to do?
{To begin with, I recommend setting the operating system paging file size to a FIXED SIZE of at least 32GB.
(this means that when setting ‘Custom Size’ -> ‘Initial Size’ and ‘Maximum size’ must be same -> 32768)
{after this it is advisable to reboot}
The page file must be located on the SSD (system partition C:). It is advisable to have at least 32 GB of physical RAM.
Here the problems will not be in Icarus, but in Unreal 4, on which the game is built; the whole point is that this game engine loves a lot of RAM and, oddly enough, large swap files.
If you play in DX12 mode and crashes begin, then first you need to set the page file to 32GB. Or switch to DX11 mode (memory consumption is noticeably lower in it).
The first link you come across from Google (do not download any files, the link is given solely for clarity)
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/increase-page-file-size-virtual-memory-windows
}
PS Considering the ‘Out of video memory’ error, your problem should be solved using a 32GB fixed size swapfile (so far this has happened to everyone with this error),
if not, then we will continue here further.
