So after a 3-4 activations the geyser gave me the CE. guess i make statues with it? does that mean the geyser is empty and further activations will only give me CE? the specified stuff i read only covered OW and OP

If you are playing on Open World, yes, you get the CE for making statues.

If you are looking for exotics, there are none in Open World (on purpose).
